What will you do? Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill. Provide prompt and courteous customer service according to the operating standards of the company. Merchandise facility according to the operating standards of the company. Conduct interviews, train all facility employees in store operations, manage all personnel in accordance with store procedures, conduct, appearance, and safety guidelines. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors. Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range.
