Job Description

Security Site Supervisor Location:
Billerica, MA Shift:
Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm
Pay Rate:
$24.00/hour The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned client site. This role ensures the safety and security of client property, personnel, and visitors while maintaining compliance with company policies and client expectations. The supervisor leads on-site security staff, coordinates schedules, and serves as the primary point of contact between the client and security personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervise and support on-site security officers to ensure high-quality service delivery Develop, manage, and adjust officer schedules to maintain proper site coverage Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure adherence to security procedures Serve as the main liaison between the client and security team, addressing concerns and providing updates Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff, including onboarding new hires Ensure all incidents, accidents, and unusual activities are properly documented and reported Enforce company policies, post orders, and client-specific instructions Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, or medical personnel as needed Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports in accordance with company standards Monitor access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems where applicable Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Prior security experience required; supervisory experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations Proficiency with basic computer systems and reporting tools CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
