Franklin, MA Shift Leaders Shift Leader is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment during their assigned shifts. This role involves opening and closing the store, supervising sales associates, handling customer inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring store cleanliness and merchandising standards are met.
Responsibilities :
Supervise and motivate sales associates during assigned shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including alarm activation, and daily reconciliation. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Operate POS system, process transactions, handle returns and exchanges accurately. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and organization. Assist in training new sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies. Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise. Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and operational objectives. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
Previous retail experience, with some supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
