Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lids Assistant Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving store success through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for customer service. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop your management skills while ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a vibrant shopping environment. As an integral part of our retail family, you will support the store's growth by motivating staff, managing daily operations, and upholding brand standards. Duties Lead and motivate sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet sales goals. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Assist in training new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance procedures. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations such as FDA guidelines, quality assurance standards, and industry-specific controls. Support the implementation of research and development initiatives to enhance product offerings and operational processes. Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure the store complies with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing & controls, clinical trials (if applicable), and overall quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of compliance management, including FDA regulations and industry standards. Knowledge of chemistry, manufacturing & controls processes relevant to product quality and safety. Experience with project management tools and methodologies to coordinate initiatives effectively. Ability to lead research efforts aimed at improving product quality or operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on complex topics like clinical trials or regulatory compliance.
