Seasonal (Full-Time, Summer) Job Summary Nantucket Crisps is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our retail store. This store manager is responsible for ensuring a positive in-store experience, maintaining inventory, and supervising a team of summer interns. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This is a full-time, seasonal position requiring approximately 40 hours per week, including at least one weekend day. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment. Engage with customers and share the Nantucket Crisps story while promoting products. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain visually appealing merchandising and ensure store cleanliness/organization. Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and coordinate with team on supply needs. Accurately process transactions and provide daily account recaps. Supervise, train, and schedule summer interns to ensure smooth store operations. Qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience required; supervisory or shift-lead experience preferred. Familiarity with retail operations, including opening/closing procedures. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
