The Apparel Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the garment machine operators and trimmers. This position is also responsible for ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

SCHEDULE

• 7:00 am
• 3:30 pm Monday
• Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7am
• noon) as required.

• 10 Trimmers.

Prioritize & distribute work for team members. Ensure quality. Ensure on-time delivery. Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Ability to read instructions in English. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to solve problems. Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must possess initiative, energy, and drive. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms. Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills. Ability to climb, bend, reach, kneel and crouch. Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to moderate noise level.

VISION REQUIREMENT

Close and distance vision. Color Vision.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
