Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located at the Ann Taylor Factory Outlet in Wrentham, MA. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, and maintaining visual and operational standards. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring store associates, ensuring excellent customer service, assisting with scheduling and floor coverage, and monitoring inventory and stock replenishment. The Assistant Store Manager helps implement loss prevention procedures, maintains a clean and organized sales floor, and participates in opening and closing processes.
