In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store operations, lead a team of dedicated employees, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the highest standards of service and store presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills while making a positive impact in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about team development and customer satisfaction. Duties Supervise daily store activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management Manage employee orientation, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a strong team foundation Oversee inventory management including stock replenishment, inventory control, purchasing, and merchandising Handle cash handling procedures, POS transactions, cashiering duties, and payroll processing with accuracy Monitor sales performance, implement sales strategies, and support retail math calculations to meet targets Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining professional phone etiquette Skills Proven leadership experience with supervising teams in retail or similar environments Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Expertise in inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and store merchandising Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Experience in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development processes Knowledge of payroll processing, bookkeeping basics, budgeting, and store management practices Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting Strong interpersonal skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, and phone etiquette Join us as a Shift Leader where your enthusiasm fuels team success!
