When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Function:

1. Management Work effectively with store management and store crews Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews 2. Customer Service Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints Promote CVS customer service culture. (Greet, offer help, and thank) Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers Maintain customer/patient confidentiality 3. Merchandise/Presentation Price merchandise Stock shelves Execute the displays, sign and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise Execute the display and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise Reset departments following POGs As a Technician, you will support the pharmacy team in delivering operational and service excellence within your store. Technicians are often the first point of contact to assist our patients and customers to deliver an exceptional experience. Technicians assist the pharmacy team to ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, our patients' prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and we are providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations. Technicians operate as part of the pharmacy team through consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication. Throughout their shifts and in all customer and colleague interactions, they demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered. Advanced communication skills and supervision skills Ability to work a flexible schedule Need a closing supervisor. Store closes at 10pm . Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail supervisor Education High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
