Known for their high-quality delivery and long-standing client relationships, they continue to expand due to increased project demand, particularly within the luxury retail space. Job Description Assist in managing luxury/high-end retail construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Support scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination Maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and logs using Procore Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment Assist in procurement and contract administration processes Track project costs and assist with financial reporting Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations Provide day-to-day support to Senior Project Managers and leadership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager - Commercial & Retail should have: 3-5 years of commercial construction experience Strong background in high-end or luxury retail projects (required) Familiarity with Procore, MS Office, and Sage Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be commutable to Wilmington, MA What's on Offer Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 90% employer-covered healthcare 401(k) with 4% match Discretionary bonus (company + individual performance) Two weeks PTO (Year 1), then unlimited PTO $80/month cell phone stipend Company laptop Strong mentorship and career growth opportunities within a scaling organization
