Job Description Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates. Support the project manager in resolving any project-related challenges or delays. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards. Facilitate communication between teams to maintain clear project objectives. Assist in procurement and contract management processes as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: Experience with retail and commercial construction projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
