Essential Job Functions:

Guide and manage a team to maintain excellence in quality, customer service, food and labor cost management, safety, security, cleanliness, and food preparation. Offer continuous leadership, coaching, training, and professional development to team members. Assist with staffing tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, performance evaluations, and handling disciplinary actions. Oversee and optimize the store's financial performance to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability. Identify opportunities for operational improvements to enhance the overall success of the restaurant. Promote open communication and cultivate strong, positive relationships with both staff and customers.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of computers, POS systems, and other electronic devices. Strong interpersonal, communication, time-management, and leadership skills.
