Store Manager - Leadership. Sales. Presence. The Gentlemen's Closet is seeking a results-driven Store Manager who understands that leadership in retail goes beyond operations—it's about driving sales, setting the standard, and building a team that represents the brand at a high level. We are not looking for a traditional manager. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, sell with confidence, and create a high-performance environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Store Manager is responsible for driving revenue, leading the sales team, and maintaining the brand image of The Gentlemen's Closet. This individual will oversee daily operations while ensuring every customer receives a premium, confidence-driven experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales team Drive store revenue through strong sales leadership and coaching Maintain a premium in-store experience and visual presentation Ensure team members uphold brand standards in appearance, communication, and professionalism Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily store operations Build and maintain strong customer relationships and repeat clientele

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per week
