An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for. Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments. You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch. Every day, you're building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service. Requirements Paid experience managing 1-2 team members. Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity). A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
