Our leaders play an important role in developing our people, maintaining great service, supporting daily operations, and helping the restaurant reach its goals. We're looking for someone who wants to help us build our culture, develop our team, and create an amazing experience for our guests. Previous experience in the food and beverage or restaurant industry is preferred.

Role Responsibilities:

Support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations Lead, coach, and motivate team members Help create an excellent full-service dining experience for our guests Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment Assist with scheduling and labor management Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, and merchandise control Address employee and guest concerns in a timely manner Help manage food, labor, and operating costs Hold team members accountable to company standards Communicate team performance and operational concerns to management Help improve sales, service, and overall restaurant performance Take the lead when the General Manager is not available

Qualifications:

3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred Full-service restaurant experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Experience with labor, food cost, and operating expenses Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus ServSafe certification is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Education:
