Job Description
Dat Jerk Caribbean Chargrill is seeking a dependable, hands-on Assistant Store Manager for our Glenarden location. The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager by leading daily shifts, directing front-of-house operations, coaching team members and maintaining strong standards for guest service, food quality, cleanliness and food safety. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles problems calmly and knows how to keep a shift organized during busy periods. Responsibilities include supporting training, assigning positions, monitoring cash handling, resolving guest concerns and helping manage labor, inventory and store performance. Fast-casual or quick-service leadership experience is strongly preferred.
