Job Description
Dat Jerk Caribbean Chargrill is seeking an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Glenarden location. The Store Manager is accountable for the restaurant's overall performance, including team leadership, training, guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, labor, inventory, sales and food-safety compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable and confident coaching a team while holding clear standards. This leader should be comfortable managing daily operations, developing Shift Leaders and Certified Trainers, resolving guest concerns and using restaurant performance data to make sound decisions. Fast-casual or quick-service management experience is strongly preferred.
