Responsibilities Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective coaching and support. Manage the sales pipeline by prospecting new customers via outbound calls, cold calling, and outreach strategies. Conduct negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, pricing strategies, and upselling high-end vehicles to maximize revenue. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records of sales activities. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing customers through excellent customer service. Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations to promote dealership offerings at community events or B2B meetings. Support the sales team with outbound sales efforts, customer support, and ensuring phone etiquette standards are upheld at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in automobile sales, dealership management, or retail sales with a focus on high-end vehicles. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for efficient dealership operations. Experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, cold calling, and upselling premium products or services. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and public speaking engagements confidently. Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and organizational skills.
