Director of Operations Subordinate Staff - General Managers and CSRs 3.
Basic Function:
The district supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing, troubleshooting, and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the convenience stores for which he/she is responsible for. 4.
Essential Functions:
a. Gather, verify, and submit accurate daily store reports. b. Complete, review and submit payroll and personnel transaction records in an accurate and timely basis. c. Monitor and analyze employee hours to determine cause for fluctuation. d. In conjunction with General Manager; recruit, select, develop, supervise, and evaluate store employees. e. Review invoices received from vendors to ensure accurate quantities received and accurate billing. f. Monitor and maintain acceptable gross margins by marketing and merchandising. g. Monitor and maintain proper expense dollars in all controllable categories. h. Assume responsibilities for store manager whenever the need arises 5.
Qualifications:
3 years store management experience The District Manager position is a full time salary position based on a 50 hour regular workweek. As a District Manager, it may be necessary to for you to work above scheduled hours. Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
