We are seeking a reliable, highly organized Shop Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of a single-person shop. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, managing inventory, coordinating parts procurement, and supporting field and project teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, managing inventory, coordinating parts procurement, and supporting field and project teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Maintain overall shop organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Manage and track inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking materials
- Perform regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
- Coordinate and execute parts runs to vendors and job sites
- Receive deliveries and verify contents against purchase orders
- Stage materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming projects
- Track and maintain shop tools, equipment, and consumables
- Support operations team by ensuring timely availability of materials
- Identify opportunities to improve shop processes and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety proceduresRequirements and Education
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks regularly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilityPreferred Requirements and Education
