We are seeking energetic and extraordinary leaders to round out our team at our year-round Starbucks licensed store located just one block off the famous Ocean City boardwalk. The assistant managers will be responsible for training and leading a team that successfully delivers the Starbucks experience to our guests. Qualified candidates will have successful Starbucks experience and brand knowledge, ability to train new employees, and extraordinary customer service skills.

Location:

This position will be at our Starbucks Licensed Store located at 1610 Atlantic Avenue, Ocean City, MD 21842.

Job Responsibilities:

Works with a team of up to 25 employees in delivering the Starbucks experience. Works with Store Manager to ensuring store adheres to all Starbucks brand standards and accomplishes brand objectives. Lead shifts throughout the day. Open and close building. Assist with inventory, scheduling, ordering and receiving deliveries, Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following health department rules.
