Job Description

Gemcraft Homes is seeking a motivated and dedicated person to join our sales team. We prioritize candidates who are driven and want to enhance the lives of others as well as their own. Previously sales experience is not required, we can train you. The Assistant Community Sales Manager is responsible for staffing a beautiful, professionally decorated model home / sales center located in either Pittsville, MD or Salisbury, MD. The Assistant Community Sales Manager plays a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere for customers visiting the model / sales center. This position involves welcoming visitors, showcasing the home's features, and sharing insightful information about the community, available homes, and the offerings of Gemcraft Homes. Furthermore, the Assistant Community Sales Manager will cultivate meaningful relationships by effectively managing follow-up communications with prospective buyers and maintaining engagement with current clients throughout the home-building process. This position requires availability on weekends, specifically from 10 AM to 5 PM on both Saturday and Sunday, in conjunction with three weekdays. Reliable transportation is essential to fulfill the duties associated with this role. This position if full time and has a base salary plus commissions.
