Duties:

Warmly greet customers and provide an exceptional, welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in finding the perfect inspirational product to meet their needs. Operate the cash register with precision and efficiency. Demonstrate products and answer customer inquiries to promote sales. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals and uphold a positive atmosphere. Stay informed about products and promotions to offer knowledgeable recommendations. Communicate clearly and courteously with both colleagues and customers. Ensure customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Assist in inventory management and product replenishment. Participate in jewelry creation, including hands-on bracelet making. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and preferences
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and quality of jewelry items
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales
• Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a visually appealing display of jewelry products to attract customers
• Supervise inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed Requirements
• Experience in sales, particularly in retail sales environments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele
• Capability to conduct product demos to showcase jewelry features
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
