Front End Manager

at Indian Hill Trading Post in Greenville, Maine, United States Job Description The Front End Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the Front End Supermarket sales area and cashier/front end team. They oversee the front end crew of 10-20 staff members, wait on customers, process customer returns, and, in general, help ensure that all Indian Hill customers have a pleasurable experience at the supermarket checkout. They also oversee, monitor, and order for the Liquor Store sales area and the Health and Beauty sales area. They ensure standards of customer care and POS operations are followed and maintained.
