$19 / hour Job Description Retail Operations Coordinator (aka: the person who keeps the wheels turning) Are you organized, tech-savvy, and energized by variety? Do you enjoy making sure orders are right, systems run smoothly, and customers stay happy? If so, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do You'll play a hands-on role across e‑commerce, inventory, and day-to-day operations—making sure orders ship on time, inventory stays accurate, and our systems (and people!) are supported. Orders Process and fulfill daily online orders Manage pricing, user accounts, and troubleshoot website issues Monitor orders, shipping, and delivery to ensure everything arrives as it should Help improve the customer experience on our online stores Inventory & Warehouse Keep inventory accurate, organized, and well stocked Perform regular counts and reporting Place and track purchase orders and manage backorders Maintain clean, reliable inventory data Team & Operations Support Communicate professionally with customers and vendors Solve fulfillment or inventory hiccups Pitch in wherever needed (we're a small team!) Help improve workflows and processes along the way What You Bring Strong computer skills (a must!)
