Responsibilities include:

Supporting daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and merchandising Coaching and motivating team members to achieve performance goals Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service Learning our collections system and helping manage customer accounts Assisting with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning Leading by example and preparing for advancement into a full-time management role What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, candidates should: Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be legally authorized to work in the United States Be motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn every facet of retail management Be willing to perform physical work, including lifting and assisting with deliveries when needed Bring strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
