is a boutique fashion destination blending timeless femininity with a modern edge. We offer a curated mix of beloved Australian brands and an exclusive in-house label, all from our Michigan location. Our boutique is more than a store; it's a space for inspiration, styling, and connection. The Role As the Store Manager, you'll own the day-to-day leadership of our Birmingham boutique, ensuring the space runs smoothly, the team is activated, and our customers feel known, styled, and obsessed with coming back. You'll lead with a hands-on approach, coach with kindness, and measure success in energy, execution, and results. Key Responsibilities Lead the boutique team to deliver exceptional styling and service Manage daily operations including staff, merchandising, and sales performance Oversee team scheduling, time clock approvals , and delegation of tasks Maintain high merchandising standards and storefront aesthetics Manage inventory flow , restocks, and back-of-house efficiency Coach team on clienteling, styling, and service excellence Host and support local collaborations, events, and activations Foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and accountability Host styling appointments and build strong relationships with local clients Collaborate with our content team on styling videos, try-ons, and in-store BTS Collect customer insights to influence brand strategy and buyingWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Confident and experienced in boutique or premium fashion retail (3+ years of management) Passionate about fashion, styling, and storytelling through product Calm, focused, and decisive during busy shifts A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting Organized, proactive, and visually driven Comfortable on camera and excited to contribute to content A problem-solver with strong communication skills Excited to be part of a team that's growingBonus Points If You Have:
