Assistant Manager - Charlevoix Kilwins Charlevoix Kilwins is looking for a dependable and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment, helping oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a great customer experience. The Assistant Manager will work closely with management to help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting the team during busy summer shifts and beyond. Responsibilities Assisting with employee scheduling and shift coverage Helping oversee a team of 6-10 employees during shifts Supporting daily store operations and maintaining workflow during busy periods Assisting with inventory, ordering, and restocking Assisting with food and product preparation Providing excellent customer service and professionally handling customer concerns Training and supporting team members as needed Helping maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the store Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities depending on shift assignments Job Requirements Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Comfortable leading and supporting a team during busy shifts Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively Positive attitude and strong customer service skills Previous leadership, retail, or food service experience preferred What We Offer $20/hour starting pay plus tips Full-time hours available during peak season Hands-on leadership experience Opportunity for growth within the role Employee discounts Fast-paced and team-oriented work environment If interested, apply through Indeed or stop in and talk with us for more information.
