STORE MANAGER (URGENTLY REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities Lead your team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals, key performance metrics, and profitability targets. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver outstanding results. Ensure every customer enjoys a welcoming, solution-focused experience aligned with Metro by T-Mobile's standards. Oversee daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, POS management, and compliance with company policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects the Metro by T-Mobile brand. Track sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance; report findings and recommend improvements. Handle customer and staff issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive store atmosphere. Promote local marketing initiatives to expand customer base and strengthen the store's community presence. Additional store manager duties as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager , preferably in wireless, electronics, or high-volume retail. Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a track record of motivating staff and achieving results. Excellent customer service and communication skills with a passion for connecting with people. Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic business decisions.
