In this versatile role, you will be responsible for opening and/or closing the facility, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing support where needed throughout the day. The ideal candidate is committed to creating a welcoming environment and is enthusiastic about educating young children, contributing positively to our educational community. Responsibilities Open the facility at the start of the day, preparing all necessary materials and ensuring a safe environment for children and staff. Close the facility at the end of each day, securing all areas and completing required closing procedures. Float between different areas or classrooms as needed to support staff and ensure operational efficiency. Assist with daily classroom activities and support educators in delivering engaging educational experiences for young children. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with safety standards and policies. Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and children to foster a positive atmosphere. Be dependable and punctual, ensuring consistent coverage during scheduled hours. Demonstrate enthusiasm for educating young children and creating an engaging learning environment. Experience Prior experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred but not required. Reliable and dedicated individuals who are passionate about early childhood education are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential. Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs within the facility and support various roles as needed.
Pay:
