An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

What You'll Do Drive Sales Growth:
Take the lead on the showroom floor and over the phone. Turn digital and phone leads into completed retail sales, financing, or lease-purchase agreements.
Build Relationships:
Maintain consistent, friendly contact with past guests and follow up on warm leads to keep customers coming back.
Showroom Presentation:
Keep our retail floor organized, beautifully styled, and visually exciting with attractive product displays and accurate pricing tags.
Support Customer Accounts:
Assist guests with payment transactions. Use empathy and helpful solutions to keep customers on track with their ownership goals.
Collaborative Support:
Pitch in to support the store operations where needed—whether that is preparing returned items for the floor, updating showroom layouts, or occasionally assisting on a delivery when an extra hand is helpful.
What You Bring Experience:
2+ years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Driver's License:
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (Must be 21+).
Communication Skills:
