Fogg Filler is looking for a talented and driven Pattern Department Manager to lead employees who manufacture Fogg Filler machines, including change parts and manufactured parts made for FOGG equipment, maintaining quality and efficiency in the pattern department. Fogg Filler is seeking a talented and driven Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers responsible for designing and manufacturing bottle-handling change parts and other manufactured components made for FOGG equipment while ensuring quality standards and efficiency within the department. Below are the job responsibilities of the Pattern Department Manager. Meets with Plant Manager weekly to review schedules and discuss any changes, tooling and/or parts requirements. Handles traditional management duties while actively contributing to the team's day to day work alongside their subordinates. Reviews the production schedule and work responsibilities daily with each employee to ensure seamless manufacturing of FOGG machines and/or equipment. Organizes and schedule jobs on a priority basis. This includes capitol, aftermarket and warranty work. Monitors workflow ensuring daily production schedules are being met. Conduct design reviews on each order / project before it is released for production. Ensures that information for bottle handling parts is filled out correctly and routed to the Machine File for correct documentation in the change part file. Provides verbal/written feedback to appropriate members regarding engineering, manufacturing and/or routing problems with parts and/or equipment. Manage, review, and approve engineering changes in Fogg's ERP system. Ensures and maintains safety and cleanliness of work area by performing housekeeping duties daily. Works directly with aftermarket parts team / LCM to answer questions regarding a customer's requests or needs as well as supporting the service team when they are installing bottle-handling change parts in the field. (May occasionally require travel) Keeps track of material stock as well as hardware used in the assembling of bottle-handling change parts. Internal Contacts - Work with other members of your department, and all other Fogg members to solve work related problems. External Contacts - Periodically with customers of Fogg Filler Company touring the facilities as well as interactions with customers out in the field.
