Sports and Entertainment Venue Manager

We're building something different at Tap-In's, and I'm looking for the right people to help lead the experience. We're hiring a Sports & Entertainment Venue Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations across the venue and create an environment that guests genuinely enjoy being part of. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in hospitality, team culture, and operational excellence. You'll be working alongside the staff during busy shifts, helping lead the floor, supporting food and beverage operations, resolving customer issues, coaching employees, and keeping the energy high throughout the building. We're looking for someone who can help create a fun, organized, high-performing environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. This role is highly customer-facing. You'll be one of the leaders setting the tone for the entire venue, and we're looking for someone who is personable, dependable, professional, and confident under pressure. What I'm looking for: Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends Passion for hospitality, entertainment, sports, or golf is a major plus

Responsibilities:

Lead and support staff during shifts Help manage daily venue operations Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the building Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall venue standards Communicate effectively between ownership, management, and staff Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
