A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

Compensation:
$14.45 per hour - $16.49 per hour + Potential Bonus (Based on performance, paid out monthly) Key Responsibilities Sales/Account Management Driving customer growth through appropriate channels (web, partner stores, walk ins) Listening, identifying, and fulfilling all customer needs in a timely manner Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, payments terms, benefits, the application process, and beginning-to-end of the application process Closing the sales cycle by converting applications that include in-store and web orders Working as a cooperative team member with Acima partner stores in all operations aspects Reporting to and communicating with the Store Manager regarding store and coworker activities and performance Customer Service Establish partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on the Lease-To-Own process Promptly address and resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain consistent customer satisfaction and friendly service Cultivate a positive work environment to enhance coworker retention and minimize turnover and issues Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Consistent in-person attendance Why Work For ACIMA? The days and hours that you will actually work will vary, but will include evenings and weekends. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the Assistant Store Manager is regularly required to talk and listen to coworkers and customers. This position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing from time to time throughout the day.
