Job Description
The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager by meeting profitability objectives in support of Otsego-Antrim Habitat for Humanity through effective management of the ReStore. The Assistant Manager will also aid in the management of the staff and volunteers by giving clear direction and maintaining a positive attitude. Specific Duties Meet budgets and drive sales and profits of donated and purchased materials. Efficiently operate cash registers and provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate and train staff in outstanding service in regards to customers, donors, and volunteers. Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, donors and volunteers. Ensue that Habitats mission is communicated effectively to all persons. Actively participate in social media communications for your assigned store. Ensure adherence to all ReStore and Affiliate policies including safety, cash controls, technology, and all other policies and procedures of Otsego-Antrim Habitat for Humanity. Perform store manager duties when Store Manager is absent. This not a complete list of the duties of this position.
