• Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise store staff
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using POS systems for retail sales transactions
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and store operations efficiently
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Cash handling experience and familiarity with cash register operations
• Administrative skills for managing paperwork, reports, and documentation
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs
