Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, sales management, and administrative skills.
Duties:
Responsible for hiring, training, and developing store personnel and the implementation of new store programs. Achieve the budgetary targets including sales, payroll and all other Store expenses Ensure the overall quality of store merchandise, its marketing and placement in the store and inventory levels Manage expenses within budget to ensure store profitability Develop weekly work schedules and resolve customer concerns Assign and manage store opening and closing processes and cash deposits Promote high standards of customer service Touch base with all store departments to manage constraints and ensure efficiency
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven experience in retail sales or management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong sales management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Ability to supervise and manage a team of employees, including recruiting and hiring new staff members. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
