Job Description
Description This is a fixed term contract Amazon Grocery Partners is looking for a Program Manager to lead the International Ads Program across NA, EU and APAC regions. This is a strategic role focused on increasing the adoption of Ads products among our Grocery Partners and advertisers (including go to market strategy & reporting) and shaping the Ads tech roadmap. The Program Manager will coordinate a cross-functional team of stakeholders from Ads, Business, Finance, and Tech. Key job responsibilities Defining the program's direction in close collaboration with stakeholders across Ads, Business, and Tech teams Developing and supporting the go to market strategy to engage our Grocery Partner on Ads and define a comprehensive reporting mechanism to assess campaigns performance. Working with Product teams to plan, design, and roll out Ads products in international markets. Designing and launching initiatives with Ads teams to drive increased adoption of Ads solutions. Building financial plans for Ads revenue in partnership with Finance teams. Monitoring the program's overall progress, anticipating risks, resolving issues, and initiating corrective actions as needed Providing regular program progress reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience in program or project management Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience leading process improvements Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
