This role requires strong management skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle various responsibilities such as staff supervision, inventory control, and sales management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, organizational skills, and experience in retail or store management to support the overall success of the business. Duties Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service Manage employee orientation, training, and development programs Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising efforts Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills Conduct interviewing and recruiting activities to build a strong team Manage payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking Monitor store performance metrics such as retail math, pricing strategies, and sales management Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store visibility Oversee purchasing decisions and inventory control to optimize stock levels Maintain organized records related to budgeting, sales reports, and administrative tasks Experience Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or hospitality environments Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively Experience with employee orientation, training & development, and performance management Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are a plus Background in customer service excellence, cashiering, merchandising, and store operations Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently Familiarity with marketing strategies, sales management, and budgeting processes Prior experience in assistant manager roles or shift management is preferred Organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control, pricing, and administrative functions This position offers an opportunity for dynamic individuals to lead a team while contributing to the overall success of the store.
