Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and inventory control.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints.
• Train and supervise showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and providing excellent customer service.
• Sales outreach, creating inviting emails and eagerness to bring in new business to current or new customers.
• Oversee the maintenance of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive sales.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software applications.
• Basic Quickbook skills
• Ability to effectively lead a team and provide guidance and support.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
