We're seeking an energetic Sign Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our sign manufacturing and design operations. In this role, you will lead a talented team, coordinate design workflows, and ensure the production of high-quality signage that elevates brand presence. Your expertise in graphic design, digital art, and sign manufacturing will drive innovative solutions and streamline processes to meet client needs with precision and flair. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the sign shop team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Oversee the entire sign creation process, from conceptual design to final production, ensuring adherence to branding guidelines and quality standards Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with clients and internal departments to deliver projects on schedule Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW to develop compelling visual concepts Apply technical skills in sign manufacturing, including layout design, production design, and sign fabrication techniques Ensure color management accuracy across digital designs and printed materials for consistent branding results Maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for sign production while implementing efficient workflows Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital art with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, motion graphics, and illustration work Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), InVision, WordPress, HTML/CSS basics, and content management systems Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and materials along with experience in layout design for print advertising and digital signage Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent presentation skills to communicate concepts clearly to clients and team members Familiarity with color theory, typography, UI/UX principles, and web design best practices Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital art creation or sign fabrication equipment Join us as a Sign Shop Manager where your creative vision meets operational excellence!
