This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced beauty environment, loves delivering exceptional guest experiences, and is ready to take ownership of front‑of‑house operations. We specialize in premium beauty services including lash extensions , lash lifts and tints , brow laminations , and full‑face threading . Our salon is known for professionalism, warmth, and a commitment to helping guests look and feel their best. You'll be the heartbeat of the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Client Scheduling — Managing appointments for guests and staff Guest Support — Handling client issues, answering questions, and resolving concerns Sales & Transactions — Completing monetary transactions and promoting services Communication — Relaying inventory needs and operational issues to the manager Conflict Resolution — Maintaining a calm, solutions‑focused environment Phone Management — Answering calls and assisting guests Salon Upkeep — Maintaining a clean, professional space Opening & Closing — Ensuring smooth daily operations Multi‑Location Support — A plus if you're open to assisting nearby salons We offer a competitive and supportive package, including: Health insurance 401(k) Paid sick time Employee discounts Supplemental insurance options
What We're Looking For:
Beauty industry experience preferred Excellent communication skills Strong conflict‑resolution abilities Sales experience a plus Previous management or leadership experience a plus Reliable, professional, and eager to grow Available evenings + some weekends
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
