Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Closer to join our team! As a Closer, you will be responsible for ensuring the meat department and all equipment is cleaned and sanitized at the end of the day. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. Shifts are 10:30AM to 7PM , weekends and holidays may be required

Duties:

• Perform closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils
• Package leftover food items for storage or disposal
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of food products
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Follow established recipes and portion control guidelines for food preparation
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Assist with other kitchen tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the culinary or food industry preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and packaging techniques
• Familiarity with knife skills and meat cutting is a plus
• Ability to work with cleaning supplies safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team setting We would love to add a qualified and competent individual to our team, with the opportunity to train as a meat cutter.

Pay:
