An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job Description

Job Duties:
Oversee operations of the kitchen and delivery crew. Receive Customer's orders over the phones, internet & over the counter. Prepare & cook customer's orders in accordance with Domino's procedures and standards. Kitchen maintenance. e.g., cleaning/maintaining cleanliness, stocking & rotating product, proofing dough, etc. Administrative duties. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, running computer reports, entering operations evaluations, handling customer concerns, closing and opening the store plus addition clerical tasks, etc.
Requirements:
Must have a positive attitude and a good work ethic. Must have attention for detail & food quality. Must have good customer service skills. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 pounds with good mobility. Must be able to cooperate well on a team. Must have basic math and computer skills. Must Consent to a background check. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must have a driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
Details:
No education restrictions. 1 year Food Service Management required. Serve Safe preferred. Starting Wage will be based on experience and skill level.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will utilize your core skills in staff training and team management to develop a high-performing team. This position is ideal for individuals eager to grow in the food service industry, with only moderate experience required.
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
