Shift:

Monday through Friday 5pm to 10pm (Need Driver's License and Vehicle)

Duluth, MN Requirements:

Looking for a PT Supervisor/Floater for Hibbing, Buhl and Virginia. This person will fill in at buildings for other cleaners. Other duties include training cleaners, completing building inspections and going over the results of those inspections with the cleaners. Will work with the Operations Managers to ensure our customers on the Iron Range are happy and that our cleaners are doing their best work. Driving own vehicle-paid drive time. Mostly 'on call' You must be 18 years old. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. A pre-employment criminal background check is required. Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be: Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.

Waste Removal:

Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.

Restrooms:

Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels) Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture. Why Join the Marsden Family?
