This includes inventory, point of sale systems, online orders, customer service, staff training, scheduling, and supervision. Participate as a PRI representative at shows and conferences as needed. Direct supervision of team members, maintain staffing levels as defined by the Retail Operations Manager, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, development and training, and ensure that all team members act in a way consistent with PRI's core values. Collaboration with the Retail Operations Manager to schedule events, tours, etc. at home store location Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to move objects up to 50 lbs. using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue, Constant movement and use of limbs.
