Job Description
We are seeking a Fiberglass Rollers to join our team in Grove City, MN. No Experience required. We'll train the right person. Monday - Friday, 6am - 3:00pm, $18 Duties Ensures that parts are rolled to remove air, parts are trimmed, parts are mudded if needed, and production schedule is maintained. Ensures that parts are brought into chop area as needed. Ensures that work is completed correctly and that each order is as near perfection as possible. Maintaining roller and other equipment used. Cleans work area daily. Requirements Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. The physical requirements are strenuous. Body movements consist of walking, carrying, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, and fingers. Will be required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Will stand the majority of the shift.
