As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targetsLead, motivate, and train store associates to maintain high performance standardsManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levelsResolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely mannerImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsAssist in financial management, including cash handling and reportingParticipate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of store associatesSupport loss prevention efforts and maintain store securityQualifications2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related fieldStrong leadership and team-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven problem-solving and decision-making capabilitiesProficiency in customer service and conflict resolutionSolid understanding of retail operations and inventory managementExperience with staff scheduling and time managementProficient in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systemsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
