What You'll Do Lead daily store operations and drive sales and profitability Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience Coach, mentor, schedule, and develop team members Recruit, interview, and hire new team members Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback Maintain accurate inventory, cash handling, security, and vehicle standards Partner with Human Resources to support company policies and employment requirements Identify opportunities to improve processes, sales, and overall store performance Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm Participate in ongoing training to stay current with products, services, and industry trends What We're Looking For Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and confidently handle challenges A professional and customer-focused approach Basic to intermediate computer skills High school diploma or GED required Previous automotive parts or aftermarket experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Don't have automotive industry experience?
