May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

We're looking for a high-energy, organized, and reliable Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and keep the good times pouring! In this role, you will: Create a welcoming and fun customer service environment. Help interview, train, and mentor our part-time team. You're the coach who keeps the team motivated and the "vibe" just right. Check in shipments and organize the stockroom; you'll keep our product flowing efficiently. Work with the Store Manager on product placement and eye-catching displays. If it looks good, it sells! Ensure the store is clean, safe, and easy to navigate. Maintain accurate inventory by assisting with physical counts and entering receiving invoices. Draft employee schedules and ensure all liquor laws are strictly followed.
